Spring in Sebastopol is an English country dance by Philippe Callens, set to music by the English composer Henry Purcell. Purcell's 'Boree' was part of the music for a play, The Old Bachelor, produced in 1693. Mara plays this tune on a five-string violin seven times through, using various harmonies and instrumental voices, and at a very danceable tempo.
